How to Choose the Right Size
Measure your garden and allow 2 metres of clear space on every side of the trampoline. The space figures below include that clearance.

Round vs Oval vs Rectangular — Which Shape?
Round
Suits most gardens and younger children.
Oval (Grand)
Fits long gardens. Favorit from €1,079, Champion from €1,279, Elite from €1,949.
Rectangular (Ultim)
A powerful, even bounce preferred by gymnasts, but it asks more skill. From €669 above ground with a net.
Above Ground vs InGround vs FlatGround
Regular (Above Ground)
Stands on its legs on the lawn, no digging. Must be anchored (anchor set €55).
InGround
Set into a pit so the mat sits 10 to 20cm above the lawn. No ladder needed and far less exposed to wind. The pit must drain.
FlatGround
Completely flush with the grass. Needs the deepest pit across the full width of the frame and a level, well-drained site. Champion, Elite and Pro Bouncer only, from €999 without a net.
We do not offer an assembly or digging service, but we can refer you to an independent installer.
Weather Considerations for Galway
Above-ground trampolines must be anchored; a BERG anchor set costs €55. If your garden is exposed, an InGround trampoline is far less exposed to wind than one on legs — but the pit must drain.
BERG weather covers cost €80 to €140 depending on size (for example €100 for an 11ft round). We also hold genuine BERG springs, jumping mats, padding and safety nets in stock if a part needs replacing.
BERG Warranty
The BERG frame warranty is 5 years on the Favorit and 10 years on the Champion and Elite. Register your trampoline with BERG and it rises to 8 years on the Favorit and 13 years on the Champion and Elite. The Elite also has a 5-year warranty on the padding.
Buying Guide FAQs
What size trampoline should I buy?
Allow 2 metres of clear space on every side. The 11ft (330cm) is the most popular size in Ireland and needs about 7.5m × 7.5m of garden; the 12.5ft needs 8m × 8m and the 14ft 8.5m × 8.5m.
What is the difference between the BERG ranges?
The Favorit is the entry range: SoloSpring springs, AirFlow mat, 20mm padding, Comfort safety net and a frame warranty of 5 years, 8 when registered, from €449. The Champion has TwinSpring springs, an AirFlow Pro mat, 30mm padding, a Deluxe safety net and a frame warranty of 10 years, 13 when registered, from €1,119. The Elite is the same as the Champion plus a 5-year warranty on the padding, from €1,449.
Do I need to anchor my trampoline?
Yes. Above-ground trampolines must be anchored. A BERG anchor set costs €55. An InGround trampoline is far less exposed to wind.
How long is the BERG warranty?
The frame warranty is 5 years on the Favorit, or 8 when registered with BERG, and 10 years on the Champion and Elite, or 13 when registered. The Elite also has a 5-year warranty on the padding.
Do you assemble or install trampolines?
We do not offer an assembly or digging service, but we can refer you to an independent installer.
What is the most important safety rule?
One jumper at a time is the single most effective rule. Supervise younger children, and no somersaults without training.
